How Ironbark Estates handles the details left at the counter or over the phone when booking a table.
Booking details and how long they're kept
A name and phone number are taken when a table for supper or a seat at the felt is booked, and are used only to confirm and hold that booking.
Ironbark Estates does not sell or pass these details on to any other business, and keeps them only as long as needed to run the booking book for the house.
Details sent by email are handled the same way, kept only against the booking they relate to and cleared out once the evening has passed.

What a guest can ask for
A guest can ask the house at any time what booking details are held against their name.
A guest can ask for those details to be removed once a booking has passed and is settled.
Details are never used for anything beyond confirming and running the booking itself.
